Now I’m in Banyuls-sur-Mer. Nénu - vin de deux mains was founded in 2017 and I’m even more in love with this work than I was before I started.
My winemaking is a transparent affair. I love knowledge and my sole purpose is to keep learning and doing better. Both with respect to my wines, but also with respect to all the life living in my vineyards . With a background as a researcher in biology that’s perhaps no surprise, but I keep it very close to heart.
